1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MarketBasketAnalysis.com (the “Site”) and any associated software, services, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Market Basket Analysis provides ecommerce intelligence software that analyzes order history to identify co-purchase patterns, score opportunities, and create bundle proposals. The Services include the Magento Admin module, the WooCommerce plugin, the public REST API, the MCP server for AI agents, and consulting engagements.

3. Beta & Preview Features

Certain features may be offered under a beta or preview program. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
  • You will not use the Services to process data you do not have authorization to access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to MarketBasketAnalysis.com. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements (QuickStart, Bundle Launch Sprint, Ongoing Optimization) are governed by separate statements of work. The general terms in this agreement apply in addition to any specific engagement terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketBasketAnalysis.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services. Revenue and profit estimates shown in the software are projections based on historical data and are not guaranteed outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
